Guten Abend ihr lieben,

Morgen starten wir in den letzten Trainingstag hier auf Usedom. Es geht noch einmal in eine Trainingseinheit am Vormittag, bevor am Nachmittag dann des Abschluss-Turniers ansteht. Wir freuen uns sehr auf einen schönen Ausklang dieser tollen Woche mit euch!

 ZEITPLAN FÜR FREITAG | 25.06.21

TRAININGSINHALTE | FREITAG | 25.06.21
Morgen wird es richtig spielnah und wir versuchen möglichst viel von dem Gelernten in Handlunksketten anzuwenden. Spielnahes Training bei hoffentlich tollem Wetter erwartet uns.

TURNIERFORM | FREITAG | 25.06.21
Ab 15:00 Uhr spielen wir unser Abschluss-Turnier am Strand von Koserow. Dazu werden wir aus den Eindrücken der Woche möglichst gleichstarke Teams zusammenstellen, so dass wir alle einen tollen Tag am Strand verbringen können. Solltet jemand an dem Turnier nicht teilnehmen wollen, sagt uns bitte bis nach der zweiten Trainingseinheit um 12:30 Uhr bescheid, so dass wir die Teams und die Ansetzungen planen können. 

SIDE-EVENTS | FREITAG | 25.06.21
Abends werden wir vor dem Forsthaus auf der Wiese grillen und die Woche dort gebührend ausklingen lassen.

Tomorrow we start into the last training day here on Usedom. There will be one more training session in the morning before the final tournament in the afternoon. We are looking forward to a nice end of this great week with you!

Tomorrow it will be really close to the game and we will try to apply as much as possible of what we have learned. Game-like training with hopefully great weather awaits us.

TOURNAMENT | FRIDAY | 25.06.21
From 03:00 p.m. we play our final tournament on the beach of Koserow. We will put together teams of equal strength from the impressions of the week, so that we can all spend a great day on the beach. If someone does not want to participate in the tournament, please let us know until after the second training session at 12:30 pm, so that we can plan the teams and the scheduling.

In the evening we will have a barbecue on the meadow in front of the forester’s lodge and end the week there.

Der Workshop-Wednesday ist in the books und ein schöner Tag mit viel Beachvolleyball geht zu Ende. Wir haben viele Eindrücke in verschiedenen Techniken sammeln können. Heute Abend steht ab 21.00 Uhr noch Fußball in der Grafenstube an, die Leinwand wird aufgebaut und wir erwarten  ein spannendes Spiel! Morgen gehts dann wieder zurück an den Strand, die Trainingsgruppe und den Zeitplan findest ihr hier:

TRAININGSINHALTE | DONNERSTAG | 24.06.21
Es wird spielnah am Donnerstag und wir setzen die erlernten Techniken der Woche zusammen. Am Vormittag beschäftigen wir uns mit dem Side-Out – dem K1 und am Nachmittag geht es dann in die Block-/Feldverteidigung – den K2.   

SIEDE-EVENTS | DONNERSTAG | 24.06.21
Abends geht es nach dem gemeinsamen Dinner nochmal an den Strand. Das Wetter spielt hoffentlich mit und wir möchten die Chance nutzen, um mit euch eine schöne Zeit am Strand zu verbringen. Die Coaches werden sich ab 20.30 Uhr ein paar Bälle um die Ohren hauen und ein kleines Show-Match in den Sand zaubern.

+++ Damit wir es rechtzeitig wieder dan den Strand schaffen, verschieben wir das Abendessen morgen (24.06.21) wieder auf 18.00 Uhr +++

The workshop-Wednesday is in the books and a nice day with a lot of beach volleyball is coming to an end. We have been able to collect many impressions in different techniques. Tonight is still soccer in the count room from 21.00 clock, the screen is set up and we expect an exciting game! Tomorrow we will go back to the beach, you can find the training group and the schedule here:

TRAINING-CONTENT | THURSDAY | 24.06.21
It will be game-like on Thursday and we will put together the techniques we learned during the week. In the morning we deal with the side-out – the and in the afternoon we go into the block/field defense.

+++ To make it back to the beach in time, we will postpone dinner tomorrow (24.06.21) to 6.00 p.m. +++

Einen wunderschönen guten Abend!

Das war ein erfolgreicher zweiter Camptag am Strand. Nachdem zu Beginn des Tages noch ein paar Wolken am Himmel zu sehen waren, ist es hinten raus immer schöner geworden und wir haben das Show-Training bei bestem Wetter genießen können. Damit der Ablauf am Workshoptag genauso gut funktioniert, hier ein paar weitere Infos.

A wonderful good evening!

It was a successful second day of camp on the beach. After there were still some clouds in the sky at the beginning of the day, it got nicer and nicer at the back and we were able to enjoy the show training in the best weather. To make sure the workshop day schedule works just as well, here’s some more info.

Ein toller Tag mit viel Beachvolleyball geht zu Ende. Das Wetter hat gehalten, wir sind trocken geblieben und haben auch unseren Freund den Wind kennengelernt. Heute Abend werden wir wie angekündigt auf der Wiese vor dem Forsthaus zusammenkommen und den ersten Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Wir freuen uns auf weitere tolle Momente an diesem tollen Strand auf Usedom.

Der Angriff rückt morgen in den Fokus des Trainings und wir werden uns einer der spannendsten und anspruchsvollsten Techniken im Beachvolleyball widmen. Egal ob Shot oder harter Angriff, hier bekommst Du einen Einblick in das Angriffsspiel beim Beachvolleyball.

A great day with lots of beach volleyball comes to an end. The weather held, we stayed dry and also got to know our friend the wind. Tonight, as announced, we will meet on the lawn in front of the Forsthaus where we met yesterday and end the first day comfortably. We look forward to more great moments on this great beach on Usedom.

SCHEDULE FOR TUESDAY | TUESDAY | 22.06.21

TRAINING-CONTENT | TUESDAY | 22.06.21
The attack will be the focus of tomorrow’s training and we will dedicate ourselves to one of the most exciting and challenging techniques in beach volleyball. Whether it’s a shot or a hard attack, here you’ll get an insight into the attacking game in beach volleyball.

We have made changes in some training groups. Please check the schedule again so that you can be there at the right time tomorrow.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Tomorrow we push back lunch by half an hour. The kitchen has noticed that no guest from our group was present at 12.30pm. The chef has high standards for his dishes and likes to serve them fresh and in the best quality. Therefore, he has asked us to make a change in the schedule and we are happy to comply. Accordingly, we will have lunch from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., thus equalizing the day a bit for everyone. 

So let’s dive into the rest of the evening!

Willkommen im Urlaub

Schön, dass ihr alle den Weg auf die Insel Usedom gefunden habt und in der kommenden Woche unsere Gäste seid. Die Woche verspricht wettertechnisch wieder schön zu werden und wir freuen uns auf tolle Tage am Strand mit euch. Auf diesem Wege werden wir immer versuchen, euch möglichst viele Informationen zum kommenden Tag zukommen zu lassen. Wir wünschen euch einen schönen Abend, kommt gut an und wir sehen uns spätestens morgen am Strand.

TRAININGSINHALTE | MONTAG | 21.06.21
Am Vormittag werden wir nach einer gemeinsamen Erwärmung am unteren Zuspiel und der Annahme feilen. Am Nachmittag widmen wir uns dann zusätzlich dem oberen Zuspiel. 

GET-TOGETHER TOURNAMENT | MONTAG | 21.06.21
Nach dem Training spielen wir ab 17.45 Uhr für ca. eine  Stunde unser Get-Together-Turnier. Dazu ist keine Anmeldung nötig, wir treffen uns dazu einfach um 15.00 Uhr am Sportzelt am Strand.

SIDE-EVENTS | MONTAG | 21.06.21 
Wir werden die Möglichkeit haben, nach dem Dinner auf ein paar Drinks zusammenzukommen. Mit ein wenig Musik, kalten Getränken und unseren Lamzacs sorgen wir auf der der Wiese vor dem Forsthaus für entspannte Atmosphäre und lassen den Tag dort gemeinsam ausklingen.

Nice that you all have found the way to the island of Usedom to be our guests in the coming week. The week promises to be beautiful again weather-wise and we are looking forward to great days on the beach with you. In this way we will always try to send you as many information as possible about the coming day. CONTENT TRAINING | MONDAY | 21.06.21 
In the morning, after warming up together, we will work on the lower serve and the reception. In the afternoon we will additionally focus on the Hand-Setting. 

GET-TOGETHER TOURNAMENT | MONDAY | 21.06.21
After training we play our get-together tournament at 5.45 p.m. No registration is necessary, we just meet at the sports tent at the beach.

We will have the opportunity to get together after Dinner for a few drinks. There, where we met today for the welcome, we will set up Lamzacs tomorrow and let the day end in a relaxed way.
