Guten Abend ihr lieben,

Morgen starten wir in den letzten Tag hier auf der Sonneninsel Usedom. Es geht noch einmal in eine Trainingseinheit am Vormittag, bevor am Nachmittag dann die finale Phase des Turniers ansteht. Wir freuen uns sehr auf einen schönen Ausklang dieser tollen Woche mit euch!

Morgen wird es richtig spielnah und wir versuchen möglichst viel von dem Gelernten anzuwenden. Spielnahes Training bei tollem Wetter erwartet euch.

Bei den Frauen und den Männer geht es in die finale Phase des Turnieres und es warten schöne Spiele auf uns! Wir sind gespannt welche Teams sich morgen durchsetzten werden!

SIDE-EVENTS | SAMSTAG | 19.06.21
Morgen Abend steht unser Abschlussabend an. Diesen werden wir ab 19.30 Uhr auf der Wiese vor dem Forsthaus mit einem entspannten BBQ starten und im Anschuss dann direkt an Ort und stelle weiter feiern und dieser Woche einen gebührenden Abschluss bereiten.
Wer Lust hat, kann ab 18.00 Uhr morgen das Fußballmatch der deutschen Nationalmannschaft verfolgen, dazu wird im Forsthaus wieder eine Leinwand aufgebaut. 

ÄNDERUNG IM TAGESABLAUF:
Da es morgen in den letzten Tag geht und wir diesen mit euch gemeinsam am Strand möglichst lange genießen möchten, werden wir das Dinner auf 19.30 legen. Das gibt uns allen die Möglichkeit die tolle Atmosphäre am Strand noch ein wenig länger zu genießen und noch ein bisschen mehr Beachvolleyball zu spielen.

The women and men are entering the final phase of the tournament and great games are waiting for us! We are curious which teams will prevail tomorrow! 

SIDE-EVENTS | SATURDAY | 19.06.21
Tomorrow evening is our final evening. We will start this from 7.30 p.m. on the meadow in front of the forester’s house with a relaxed BBQ and afterwards we will celebrate directly on the spot and continue and prepare a fitting conclusion to this week. If you like you can watch the soccer match of the German national team from 6 p.m. tomorrow, a screen will be set up again in the forester’s house.

Auch der dritte Trainingstag lief erfolgreich und wir freuen uns auf den anstehenden Abend mit dem Show-Match der Coaches. Für heute Abend haben wir ein paar Drinks und gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten an den Strand gebracht, damit wir den Abend bei guten Gesprächen und in entspannter Atmosphäre ausklingen lassen können, bevor es morgen dann wieder zurück in die Trainingsgruppen geht.

Morgen fangen wir an die erlernten Techniken der Woche zusammenzusetzen und gehen das erste Mal in spielnahe Einheiten. Im Fokus steht dabei der Side-Out.

In Vorbereitung auf den Samstag im Camp, stehen morgen der Block und die Abwehr im Mittelpunkt der Workshops. Wir behandeln die grundsätzlichen Herangehensweisen und geben Dir einen ersten Einblick in die Techniken des K2. Zur Anmeldung geht es hier.

Wir starten morgen in unser Frauen-/Männer- Turnier. Wir spielen am Freitag die Vorrunde und am Samstag dann die finale Phase des Turniers. Auch der morgige Abend verspricht vom Wetter wieder grandios zu werden, so dass wir auch den Freitag am Strand ausklingen lassen werden. Wir freuen uns auf einen tollen Sundowner am Strand von Koserow!

The third day of training was also successful and we are looking forward to the upcoming evening with the coaches’ show match. For tonight we have brought a couple drinks and comfortable seating to the beach so that we can enjoy the evening with good conversations and in relaxed atmosphere, before going back to the training tomorrow.

Tomorrow we will start to put together the techniques we have learned during the week and for the first time we will go into game-related situations. The focus is on the side-out.

We start tomorrow in our women / men tournament. We gonna play the preliminary round on Friday and then the final phase of the tournament on Saturday. Ein toller Tag mit viel Beachvolleyball geht zu Ende. Der Beach me “Davis-Cup” hat richtig Laune gemacht und auch auf den anderen Court war toller Sport zu sehen. Wir freuen uns auf weitere tolle Momente an diesem wunderschönen Strand auf Usedom.

Morgen Abend geht es nach dem gemeinsamen Dinner nochmal an den Strand. Das Wetter soll wieder überragend werden und wir möchten die Chance nutzen, um mit euch einen schönen Sundowner am Strand zu verbringen. Die Coaches werden sich ab 20.30 Uhr ein paar Bälle um die Ohren hauen und ein kleines Show-Match in den Sand zaubern.

CORONA-UPDATE 
Von morgen an (17.06.21), sind die Tests im 72 Stunden-Rhythmus nicht mehr notwendig. Das erleichtert natürlich die Tagesplanung für uns alle. 

WICHTIGE INFORMATION 
Morgen schieben wir die Essenszeiten für Mittag- und Abendessen um eine halbe Stunde nach hinten. Das heißt wir werden von 12.30 bis 14.00 Uhr Mittag essen und von 18.30 – 20.00 Uhr zu Abend essen.

From tomorrow on (June 17th, 21st), the tests every 72 hours will no longer be necessary. Of course, this makes day planning easier for all of us.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Tomorrow we will push back lunch and dinner times by half an hour. That means we will have lunch from 12.30 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. and dinner from 6.30 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.

Einen wunderschönen guten Abend!

Das war ein herrlicher erster Tag am Strand. Nachdem zu Beginn des Tages noch ein paar Wolken am Himmel zu sehen waren, ist es hinten raus immer schöner geworden und wir haben das Get-Together-Turnier bei bestem Wetter zu Ende gespielt. Damit der Ablauf des zweiten Tages genauso gut funktioniert, hier ein paar weitere Infos.

Am Mittwoch werden wir uns mit dem Thema “oberes Zuspiel” auseinandersetzen. Das heißt viele kleine Schritte werden morgen im tiefen Sand von Usedom notwendig sein. Wir freuen uns darauf, euch diese komplexe Technik näher zu bringen.

Morgen Abend wird eine gute Freundin aus Uganda während des Abendessen ein tolles Herzens-Projekt vorstellen. Dabei geht es um farbenfrohe recycling und upcycling – Mode. Wir freuen uns auf Beatrice und ein paar spannende Eindrücke! 

Außerdem werden wir den Beach me – Shop ab 18:00 Uhr öffnen, so dass ihr auch auf unsere Shirts, Hoodies und Caps einen Blick werfen könnt.

CORONA UPDATE
Aktuell müssen wir noch alle 72 Stunden ein negatives COVID-Testergebnis (Schnelltest) vorlegen . Die nächste Teststation ist an “Karls Erdbeerhof”, ca. 2,5 km entfernt vom “Forsthaus”. Dort müsst ihr euch nur über diesen Link registrieren und bekommt zwischen 08:00 und 19:00 Uhr unkompliziert einen Test. Weitere Infos zu den Testmöglichkeiten auf Usedom findet ihr hier.

+++ Wichtige Information +++
Aufgrund der aktuellen Situation mit Corona können wir leider kein kostenloses Wasser am Strand anbieten. Normalerweise besteht bei unseren Camps immer die Möglichkeit, sich aus Kanistern etwas abzufüllen, um so den Gebrauch von Plastik (Einweg und Mehrweg) zu reduzieren und die Umwelt zu schonen. Das wird in der Form leider nicht möglich sein hier, so dass wir uns etwas anderes einfallen lassen müssen. Über unseren Lösungsansatz und unsere Idee dazu wird euch Sebastian morgen jeweils vor den ersten Einheiten am Strand informieren. Denkt auf jeden Fall nochmal daran eure Flaschen im Hotel aufzufüllen.

On Wednesday we will learn how to hand-set. That means many small steps will be necessary tomorrow in the deep sand of Usedom. We look forward to bringing you closer to this complex technique.

In the evening a good friend from Uganda will present her great project during dinner. This is about colorful recycling and upcycling fashion. We look forward to meet Beatrice again and get some exciting impressions!

We will also open the Beach me shop from 6:00 p.m. so that you can also take a look at our shirts, hoodies and caps.

CORONA-UPDATE 
Currently we still have to present a negative COVID test result every 72 hours (rapid test). The next test station is at “Karls Erdbeerhof”, approx. 2.5 km away from the “Forsthaus”. You just have to register via this link and will get an uncomplicated test there between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. You can find more information about the test options on Usedom here.

+++ IMPORTANT INFORMATION +++
Due to the current situation with Corona, we unfortunately cannot offer free water on the beach. Normally at our camps there is always the possibility of filling something from canisters in order to reduce the use of plastic (disposable and reusable) and to protect the environment. Unfortunately, that will not be possible here in this form, so we have to come up with something else. Sebastian will inform you about our solution approach and our idea for it tomorrow before the first units on the beach. In any case, think again about filling up your bottles in the hotel.

Am Vormittag werden wir nach einer kurzen gemeinsamen Erwärmung am unteren Zuspiel und der Annahme feilen.

WORKSHOP-ANGEBOT (15.06.21):
Morgen (15.06.21) werden wir uns nach dem Training ab 13.30 Uhr dem Aufschlag und BeachLetics widmen. Weitere Infos zu diesen Workshops kannst du über den ausgehängten QR-Code oder diesen Link erhalten und dich verbindlich anmelden. Die Anmeldung kann bis 12.30 Uhr erfolgen.

GET-TOGETHER TOURNAMENT:
Nach dem Training und den Workshops spielen wir ab 15.00 Uhr unser Get-Together-Turnier. Dazu ist keine Anmeldung nötig, wir treffen uns dazu einfach um 15.00 Uhr am Sportzelt am Strand.

SIDE-EVENTS:
Am Abend wird eine Kayak-Tour angeboten. Die Plätze sind auf 15 Personen begrenzt, eine Anmeldung kann auch über den ausgehängten QR-Code oder diesen Link erfolgen. In the morning, after a short joint warming up, we fine-tune the lower pass and the assumption. 

WORKSHOP-ANGEBOT (15.06.21):
Tomorrow (15.06.21) we will have our service and BeachLetics Workshops after the training from 1.30 p.m on. You can get more information about these workshops via the displayed QR code or this Link and you can also use it to register. Registration can take place until 12.30 p.m.

GET-TOGETHER TOURNAMENT:
After the training and the workshops, we will play our get-together tournament from 3 p.m. No registration is necessary, we just meet at 3 p.m. at the sports tent on the beach and will arrange everything.

A kayak tour is offered in the evening. The spots are limited to 15 people, you can also register using the QR code or this link. There will be a possibility tomorrow to watch Euro 2020-Match GER:FRA in the hotel. For further information do not hesitate to get back to us.
